4 month old build - Audio keeps popping/crackling/giving off a static "pop" every 15th second

Hello so I have a 4 or so month old build and this problem didnt start about a week ago, which is annoying.

MBOA: ASUS ROG Z270E

So basically what happens is that I boot my computer and start spotify, and immediately I get this static "pop/crackle/distort" that reappears every 10th/15th second. This also shows up on shadowplay so it's not my headphones that's busted.

Anyone knows how to fix this? Other than buying a soundcard. ):

I would try a different set of headphones to be sure. Also, if you are using the port on the front of the case, try the speaker port on the back of the case.

Other than getting a sound card, you could rma the board.
