4 or 8 pins connector?

Please if somebody know about this.
On my mobo have 8 pins CPU. I have PSU with same 8 pins connector. Now i don't know, which one to connect 4pins or 8pins.

I have this sys:

- CPU i5 750
- MSI P55-GD65
- MSI R5770 Hawk
- DDR3 4gb
- HDD 500gb WD
- DVD-RW

Connect the 8 pin,the 4 pin will be easier to tuck away.

Oh, with a tail. You can always tie the 4 pin back.

I have a CWT with the same type of cable, modded it by cutting the connectors off and replacing them with a 4+4 connector.

You see, i have 8 pins and on tail +4 pins )
Btw you suggest me to connect with 8 pins, right?

The only reason not to go with 8 pins is if your board or PSU only have 4. Its one of those backwards compatible changes made to ATX 2. Usually works fine either way though.
