4 pin 12V power connector for my new motherboard. Old motherboard has 8pin.o.O

What will be the difference? I was using Asrock H61m U3S3 till I bent some pins when I was reseating my cpu. Stupid idea.-.-

I bought Asrock B75m DGS R2.0 but I noticed it only has one 4pin for the cpu? Would that affect the speed of my cpu?

Using i5-2320.
