Question 4 pin + 8 pin 12V on new x570 mainboard

Hi all tech guru.

I just recently bought asus x570 gaming tuf and i notice that this mainboard got 8 pin + 4 pin 12V. Do i really need to plug all the psu cable into this pin or 8 pin is enough?

My processor is ryzen 3700x and dont have plan to OC this processor.

If your PSU has both, plug them in, if it doesn't get appropriate one.

Yea, I ordered a psu with only 4 pins and my Mobo had 8. It created a big problem like it wouldn’t boot up at all
