[SOLVED] 4-pin CPU cooler in 5-pin dell mobo socket?

I am trying to build a pc using dell optiplex 7010 motherboard and I encountered the issue my CPU cooler being 4 pin but the mobo socket being 5 pin and too thin even to fit the coolers head.
Is anyone here able to help me with this ?
Do ye know of adapters or something for this?

It's a proprietary fan header with different wiring, you must use this adapter to convert it to regular 4-pin :
