4-pin to 2-pin psu adapter?

My PSU fan is noisy and I want to replace it. I have an unused case fan lying around that should be fine for it, but it's got 4-pins. I can not find any 4-pin to 2-pin adapters anywhere! Even buying replacement PSU fans seems difficult. Does anyone know where I might find some (UK preferably).

You'd connect only 12V and GND:
