4 pin to 3 pin problem.help

I have vga cooler that has 3 pin and i need to connect it to 4 pin on the gpu socket. however 4 pin socket is skinnier so 3 pin cannot fit. this is the pic: http:// . is there an adapter for that? if it is can u link it to me? thanks
