4 pin to 8 pin

Hello, I am planning to upgrade my current PC, these are the components I am going to get:

Intel Pentium G4560
Gigabyte B250M-D2V

but I have an issue, my power supply has a 4 pin for the cpu, and this board requires 8, and I cant upgrade the psu at the moment, would this work? Considering the G4560 has a TDP of only 53W.

Should be fine mate , always has been on previous chipsets.

Worst case scenario (which I don't think will happen) an 8 pin adapter should only be $3-5.

Even if I had to get that adapter, its really cheap.
