[SOLVED] 4 short beep on my AsRock H61M-DGS

Hi!, Recently i have problem with my PC it give me 4 shprt beeps and restart and then 4 beeps again and so on i tried running only with internal GPU doesnt help try clearing the cmos doesnt help either anyone have solution?

MOTHERBOARD: ASRock H61M-DGS
CPU : intel i5 2400
Ram : Corsair ValueSelect 8GBX2 16GB ddr3
GraphicCard : MSI RX460 4GB OX EDITION

Take both sticks out and put one back in. Then maybe clear CMOS.

See if its boots.
