Help, please.

My PC can't boot into bios after install 4 sticks of RAM but for 2 and 3 sticks are working fine.

slot 2& 4: can boot
slot 1 & 2 & 4: can boot
slot 2 & 3 & 4: can boot
all slots: can't boot

I already updated to latest bios version.

I have tried to increment ram voltage to 1.35 and remove some cooler fans but still doesn't work... if you know how to fix this please tell me.

RAM: Kingston Hyper X Fury 2400 C15 8GB*4 (2 sticks red + 2 sticks black)
Mainboard: Asrock B450 Pro4 (P3.10)
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
PSU: Corsair CX 750M

Do you have the motherboard's User Manual/Guide?

Double check the allowable memory module specs and the corresponding memory installation configurations.

Have you run any RAM diagnostic software?

You need to take a very methodical step-by-step troubleshooting approach to identify the problem's origin.

You seem to have done so via the "slots" testing.

Number or otherwise identify each individual RAM stick.

Then continue swapping RAM sticks to determine if one particular stick is defective.
