i was going to build the PC around the GPU by having the best GPU combo first, then find what the best CPU/MOBO/DRAM/PSU/Monitors are. 4K gaming the minimum on multiple monitors while being able to stream

Either way your platform will be X99 with the 5930K or 5960K to give you enough PCI-E lanes to run all the GPUs.

As mentioned would have to know the rest of the rig, but for overall performance and support (both current and down the road) I'd go nVidia
