I am getting 40 FPS on my system in DOTA2 game, and it will drop when clashing (5v5).

QUICK SPECS :
Processor : AMD A6-5400k
RAM : 1x8GB RAM DDR3 1333MHz
OB GPU : AMD Radeon HD 7540D

Is my system not reach the minimum requirement for the game?

Solution
i would recommend a new generation system, like a Ryzen 3 or 5 series and a modern discrete video card, not top of line, to fit your budget. i doubt you can upgrade your system without new mobo, ram, cpu at least.

what is your budget for upgrades? specify that and you will probably get lots of great responses

that cpu i referenced is an old AMD Athlon series cpu, was mentioned in the minimum specs.

Minimium Spec for DOTA2 -

DOTA 2 requires a Radeon HD 2600 Pro graphics card with a Core 2 Duo E7400 2.80GHz or Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5600+ processor to reach the recommended specs, achieving high graphics setting on 1080p. The RAM requirements is at least a 4 GB memory. Minimum RAM requirements are 2 GB system memory.

Your system meets the minimum spec but i dont think you can expect any more than you are getting from your current set up.

hahahahaha.... omg, I am surprised you get that much out of it! I have one.... it's got no game. it is a great little dev/work box though.

looks like you need a little Ryzen 5 2600 with 16GB (2x8GB kit) dual channel DDR4 at 3000, oh and a 1060 6GB video card, or AMD equiv.

But, you have any idea why I am getting this low FPS during in game?

Minimum means the lowest spec it will run on. So you can run it, but at low fps. You wont get anything better than what you currently get without upgrading.

What CPU would you recommended, that can play a solid 60fps or up.

What do you mean an Athlon X2?

That has integrated graphics so medium settings in games, but, you can drop in a nice video card later and really play some modern stuff.

Oh, that was good recommendation, but is only for my gaming cafe. See here my new thread http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3832465/decide-gaming-cafe-specs-intel-amd.html
