40 Mbps UP/DOWN Internet Speed but High Ping in Games

Hello Community,I Live in INDIA

[iI[/i] play lot of games but when it comes to online gaming i face a big challenge on PING ,
whenever i check the internet speed on http:// speedtest.net i get 40Mbps upload /download speed with 30-40ms Ping but when i play games i get ever high ping above 150 and i tested the jitter in pingtest.net i get 2-3ms jitter for server near 1000 miles.

My router settings MTU at 1500,Wifi 2.5Ghz TP-Link Router TL-WR841N

I use the connection to my laptop thru WIFI WEP/WPA2
laptop config:4GB RAM,Intel i5-5200U 2.7Ghz Quadcore CPU,1TB HDD 540RPM,Nvdia 820M 2GB Vram GPU.

But as per my Knowledge choosing the closest server geographically solves this but while i play the game i cant choose the nearest server how about the solution ?

Speed won't do anything to effect ping, ping is pretty much entirely distance based and there's nothing you can do about it.

Using Wifi isn't helping out your connection very much, also your computer is pretty weak for ANY games.

Your only hope is to play on servers in india.

But i play only 3 games the most
1.Dirty Bomb
2.CS:GO
3.Heroes and Generals
i play these games at 60FPS medium settings no lag there but the problem is Ping 🙁

How much ping do you get in Heroes and Generals?I mostly get 90-120 in the morning and 200 in the noon and in some days i get 1000 to 1900
