$400 4K gaming pc

I'm looking to build a 4K gaming pc that can run modern games such as fortnite,pubg.... I have 3 options.NOTE: 2 options are in one video the only difference in them is the gpu. The first 2 are

You can barely get any sort of gaming rig for $400, let alone 4K. Completely unrealistic.

right. the gpu alone to be able to run 4k gaming is well over $400. if you could game at 4k on $400, there would be no need for $1000 video cards!!

just not gonna happen. even solid 1080p gaming is not very doable for $400.

No way.

You can't even get a GPU to run 4K for that.

Need a GTX 1080Ti to run 4K, that's almost twice your $400 budget... Just for the GPU alone.
