Not sure about that psu, but this is about the best you will do for that budget. Maybe an r9 270 or r7 265 for gpu.
Seems like a console might be a better option.

Haha it is the cheap2x PSU that I can see, all components are very cheap and I think OP shall give it a try with his build.
