Additional Comments: I'm a big gamer, unfortunately, I don't have a big pile of money to throw at a really nice computer so upgrades will have to be made later I guess. I'm intending to play games such as Minecraft or Left For Dead not really to much gaming on here just some. just want to be able to livestream Minecraft really.. It also needs to be able to handle other applications such as Fraps, which would otherwise severely impact Framerate.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: just want to have a pretty good PC to play on when i want to play MC with friends I also already have a PS4

Thanks...

This fits more in your budget but one bit too note is the pentium wont be very good at live streaming, I put this in because an i3 is too much and you get so much better upgrade room from intel. Everything else is pretty standered, you might consider checking out a g2a if they have any good deals on windows 8.

Your small budget doesn't allow much of the fancier stuff, still this combo will be able to handle any game at modest settings. The quad core will enable you to stream/fraps without losing too much performance whilst gaming.

I looked at using the G3258 but since they weren't planning on O/Cing its a tough CPU to recommend although I do agree that it makes a much better upgrade route.

Yeah I know, the 860k would be better but is a bit more pricy and I really didn't want too have too drop the gpu down any further. The performance he losses now will be made up though in future upgrade possibities.

The G3250 is a tiny bit cheaper and should give about the same performance, though you can't overclock it like the G3258.

One thing that is not unimportant is the haswell refresh/H81 combo usually needs a BIOS flash or else it won't boot. Only H97/Z97 motherboards support haswell refresh out of the box.
