$400-600 PC Build for Dota 2?

Hi, I am not really a computer/PC person but I'm here to ask you guys for a build that would function well running Dota 2 on highest settings with good FPS. My budget is $400-600 if possible. For the graphics card, I have taken into account nvidia Geforce GTX 560 or the 570. Thanks and any help/comments is appreciated!
