$400 Budget for Select Parts! Recommendations? :)

Hi everyone! I'll be quick and to the point with this post.
I have a $400 budget, and need a CPU, Motherboard, RAM, and GPU! I'd love for these to be as good as possible for a gaming machine. I have the rest of the components needed, I'm just stuck at where to even begin to look as to what I should be sacrificing for a better all around performance. If you have any questions let me know, just trying to keep this topic as brief as possible.

There's nothing wrong using a B85 with an i5, though it's not the best idea to pair an i5 with a GTX 750.

I would suggest something but I'm still waiting on OP's response to know the exact PSU they have.
