If you want to play games, the 650 gtx is like 3 time more powerful than amd apu with a decent intel cpu.
I mean

thank you all for the replies !!
I just found out that the first mobo doesnt even support this CPU -.- so i found a new one that does ... heres my new list ...

I decided that i will just use the old dvd burner so took that off the list ..
As for the cpu ... i will be sticking with this one and will be using the onboard graphics its a AMD Radeon HD 4250 graphics so thats good enough since i wont be gaming....just watching blu ray 1080p videos..
I don't understand why switch to cheaper quality parts when i can get high quality parts ?? That will still fit within my budget so i left the psu and the case the same..
And @djangoringo very nice build but i really want the AMD Phenom II x4 965BE so cant swtich the cpu but very nice !
Anyhow how is this new build that i made ??
Thanks again !! : D

Even for bluray videos that build is not that good if you play with software like madvr + lavfilters or 3d bluray that onboard really sucks only the cpu holds, i'd go for the build AMD A10-5800K or the intel one it is more balanced, you wont be needing that case with a micro atx board and no gfx card or need of cooling.

See this : http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106-2.html

Your saying i won't be able to watch 1080p videos via .mkv, .mp4(using vlc, mpcc with codecs), or even youtube ... with this build ??
I might use the case again later on for a future upgrade so i really want this case. Plus $45 ... why not ?

Just over half your budget. When that PC starts getting outdated you can easily upgrade it by getting a better APU or getting a discrete GPU.

Also, you just asked if you could play 1080p videos, yet you said you're monitor resolution is 1280x1024. Use the money you would save with the build above and get a better monitor.

If i get a new apu i would have to get a mobo that fits it as well since my pc is 7yrs old ... socket 939.. lol ...
Okay my monitor cant go up to 1080p but it can do 720p which is good enough ...
Are you saying if i just buy a discrete GPU i can watch 720p videos no problem ??
Right now i have a AMD Athlon 64 X2 3500+ I heard i needed a better cpu to watch HD quality videos..without lag of course

I was saying that when the PC I showed you gets old, you could just get a newer APU. You can watch 720p videos perfectly fine with the APU I showed you. If you aren't going to be gaming, there is no reason to get a discrete GPU.

okay but what about the build i currently have

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($79.99 @ Newegg Canada)
Motherboard: ASRock 880GM-LE FX Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($79.99 @ Newegg Canada)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($20.99 @ Newegg Canada)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.99 @ NCIX)

Power Supply: PC Power & Cooling Silencer MK III 400W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply ($40.42 @ DirectCanada)
Total: $326.37

The mobo has a integrated AMD Radeon HD 4250 isn't that good enough to just watch 720p videos ?? (vlc player, mpcc, w/codecs) and of course HD youtube videos ...
I just really like the AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE it sounds so cool lol

The integrated graphics on the APU I showed you are much better than the integrated graphics on the motherboard you want.

"I just really like the AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE it sounds so cool lol"

Please, don't base your opinions off of whether or not something sounds cool or not. That processor is overkill for what you are doing, so save yourself $100 and get the build I showed you.

i'd rather go with a better mobo and a quad core apu
