$400 Gaming PC - Is it compatible?

Hello! I am completely new to PC building and I have a few questions on my potential build.

First off, are the parts I picked compatible with one another? Second off, is there something I can do better on a $400 budget? Thirdly, will I be able to play games like Cod4, Skyrim, and Fallout with no problem? My intention on this build is to start off small and when the time comes, I'd be able to update my GPU to something better. Thats why my cpu bottlenecks my gpu a little bit. I don't think that's going to be a problem anyway.

Also would XP Professional run fine on this?

That is very good for only 400, the GPU will play them games but probably best to run them at medium to get a good fps

crap psu, get antec or corsair
6670 isnt that powerful, try and aim for a 7750 and above.
