For $400 I managed to put together this. The case is your preference, depending on your siblings colour of room, preferred colour etc for the case. Look around for a nice cheap NZXT case or an appealing one. The PC can run almost any game medium-high at 60fps, including fortnite.

A GTX1650 performs worser than an RX570 and the R5 1600 is essentially no difference but an extra 2 cores. But it is 1st gen so I recommend the list or any other lists people recommend in this post
