Recently completed my Raptor lake build (13700k, Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX, 2x16GB GSkill Trident Z5, Corsair RM1000x ,WD SN850x SSD) and tossed in an old RX580 8GB to run my 3 1440p monitors (more workstation class than gaming as these are part of my daily job but I use this workstation for some VMs, 3D rendering/printing aspects etc).

I upgraded from a 7 year old system and decided to start gaming some (Beam, likely utilize my Xbox game pass and other new titles-new Jedi game coming out).

Given I’m traveling and near a Microcenter (ATL) the itch hit to upgrade the gpu while I’m near by or potentially Best Buy if I luck out on something in stock.

I’m torn between rolling the dice on the Arc 770 16GB (drivers I know but money for other hobbies aka wife and son lol), a 6700XT, or spend an extra 50 and get a RX6750 XT Red Devil or a Gigabyte 3060 Ti OC.

Full disclosure I’m running on 4 hours of sleep and have been awake for 16 hrs working and paralysis by analysis is seeping in. :)

When in doubt, opt for the better card if you can afford it.
If you do not, you will always be second guessing yourself.

Yes though after my new desktop build plus new headlights for the truck my wife won’t be happy with me picking up a 4090. :)

I wish I had the time this morning to drive to microcenter for one of the 7900s wife be damned lol.

Of the cards listed, the 6750xt is the better one if you don’t care about ray tracing. The 6700xt is pretty much the same card just slightly slower. The 6700xt for example will sometimes compete with a 3070, but sometimes gets beat by a 3060ti. The 6750 xt is a bit faster but I don’t think by a lot.

If you want ray tracing get the 3060ti. Best overall performance 6750xt, but if it’s significantly cheaper get the 6700xt since it’s pretty well the same as the 6750. Intel Arc looks interesting but do you want to be a beta tester? Though supposedly they just released drivers that helped performance.

Yeh I think 6750xt is probably the best bet now. I think AMD have improved their drivers enough to make it worth it and RT is relatively rare and doesn't really make most things looks better by enough to sacrifice the performance. The 60Ti is a good card (I have one) but if I was making the decision today I would take the 6750XT
