400 Watts not enough?

I'm putting a 400W Sparkle PSU into my new machine but I plan to run 5 fans and a few neon lights on top of my components. Is it gonna be enough? The machine will have a 1.33 Tbird, Abit kt7a mboard, Hercules GeForce2 GTS 32mb, 2 WD 40gb drives, 2 cd-roms and a zip drive.

400W is more than enough. I've heard of putting in neon lights, but what is the point when you can't see inside your case. They are only adding heat.

No, but I'm working on it! Lian0li PC-60, window in side (either rectangle or backward L), round IDE and floppy cables, neon inner lights, top exhaust fan, custom front baybus with leds and 3-way toggles. That's the dream, er, plan.
