4000 GB of RAM reserved for hardware?

I have 2X4GB GSkill Ripjaws V and an ASUS Prime X370-Pro motherboard. I have tried MSConfig and made sure the sticks are in the right slots. Any ideas?

Are both sticks showing up in bios? What version of Windows? 32-bit or 64-bit?

Yes. Both sticks show up and it's 64-bit.
