Build Advice $4000 Stream PC/Second PC help needed!

Heya folks,

I am building another PC for my mates to use when they come over and for me to stream on when I am at home. I am not sure what parts to put in it but I know what fans and case I want. I am going with the Lian Li PC 011 Dynamic. It will be powering x2 1440p, 144hz monitors as well btw so needs enough graphic power for that. When my mates play games they will only use 1 monitor though. These are the parts I was considering. I just need help to decide on a CPU. My overall budget is $4,000 nzd. It will eventually have a custom loop, hense the 1000w PSU. For the CPU I was thinking anything with 10c/20t or more. I will be using this for video editing, streaming, gaming and rendering as well btw

RAM - 64GB @3200mhz (Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro)
GPU - 2070
CASE - Lian Li PC 011 Dynamic (Black)
COOLING - 360mm AIO (until I get custom loop parts)

Quick question. What is the best RTX 2080? Price doesn't matter as such but I need looks and performance

Get anything you like. They all perform around the same range. However the FTW and Windforce cards are a bit better in cooling.
Ideally if i have a good ambient temp and case cooling, i would go for the least expensive card.
