400SC & SP2

I have a 4550 and a 400SC both running Win XP.
Will I need to update the Chpset Driver & BIOS before installing SP2 on
them?

I know that the 400SC was designed for Win2000.
I have the R58201 ChipsetDriver (installed from the CD) when the machine
was new, and have run XP without any problems.

I updated my parents 4550 with no problem (other than the AutoUpdate
wanting to install a video driver I didn't want). I'd imagine that the
400SC, already running XP, shouldn't be a problem either.
