400w PSU suggestions

I'm looking to buy a new 400w PSU. I'd like a good quality quiet one that will move a good deal of air. But I am on a limited budget. I don't want to spend much more than $50. Do you guys have any suggestions on some good ones in that range? There seem to be so many.

You don't want to spend more than $50. Buy a Fortron 350W Psu. For $12 more you can buy their 400W Psu. At NewEgg.

On a side note, the bulk of the supplies under $50 were raidmax, powmax, or coolmax. I think my internal PSU filter will now remove all *max power supplies.
