400watt PSU+ GTX 960+ AMD A10 7890k

Okay so I'm thinking of an upgrade for my computer and I don't know if a 400 watt psu can do this. I'm going to get an AMD A10 7890k and a GTX 960 and I've read all of the requirements and I meet it but do you guys think I can use these parts since I barely meet the requirements.

A lot will depend on the nameplate specs of the 400W PSU. Total wattage alone doesn't mean much. Nvidia recommends at least a 400W PSU with at least one 6-pin connector. http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-960/specifications
Some factory OC'ed GTX 960s require an 8-pin connector.
