Question 4070 Aero OC connector

Do you recommend buying this connector for a 4070?
The idea is that the cable goes directly from the gpu to the psu.

I ask because there are some 4000 series gpus that come with another cable and I really don't know much about this topic. first pc I build.

The video card should come with an adapter. If you don't want to use the adapter, check your power supply manufacturer to see if they have something. You can only use the cable you linked if you have an ATX 3.0 PSU. Which if you do have one, it would've came with that cable.
