Hello, I've got my 4090 FE for a while now, however i noticed some strange things happening.
This thing idles at 50 C and I assumed at first that this is like the "0 decibel mode" on asus cards i previously had.
but then I saw at random times fans do spin even when card is at 37C, after I close a game they keep spinning, then it stops and card gets back to 50C, but fans wont turn on again.
whats up with this inconsistent behavior? it is as if it randomly thinks it should turn on, or if thats not the case does it depend on opening games? does nvidia put some "game detector" software in drivers to only make fans spin when i start up games?
because quite clearly gpu is cool and fans spin at times, but at other times gpu is hotter and they dont spin🤷♂️
hopefully its not gonna let it toast.
unrelated but 4090 is powerful..ly strange, in random gamesIi cant even turn DLSS one while in some others I can (the option is greyed out or unavailable), its just odd.
