Question 4090 upgrade?

Hello...Im thinking of upgrading my gpu to a 4090 from a 3080ti...but wondering if my pc will handle it? Im worried if I have enough slots?

please include the age of the PSU if it's been in service for a while(mentioning what it powered prior to the RTX3080Ti helps as well).

Oh I'd wait until after xmas and the new year to buy a new card.

Everything I've seen shows the 4090 wiping the floor even with the 3090ti by a wide margin.

If you aren't playing 4k however I fail to see the point. The extra fps will gain you a bit of reaction time, but if your reaction time isn't the best as it stands you should git gud and save your money.
