4096x2160 or 3840x2160?

what is the difference? im trying to figure out which i should set my pc resolution on with my new RX 470 i just got. i have it hooked to a 55 inch samsung ks8500 SUHD tv

thank you! does it matter even if it says in Advanced display settings that 4096x2160 is the recommended setting? or is it just the graphics card recommended setting

I don't know, I just looked up your TV and it said that it's resolution is 3840 x 2160.
