[40k] Dark Eldar: Grotesque/ Haemonculi question

Hi,
2 questions:

1. Would it be legit to have more than 1 Haemonculus in a Grotesque
squad?( I'd like to have haemonculi in that squad)

2. How do you allocate the shooting hits? (Grotesques being immune to
anything less than S6 hits).
Just randomise?
Use the mixed toughness rules?
Use the mixed armor rules?

no reason why not.

mixed toughness always has priority over mixed armor.
