I know its not a big deal but has there been any word from the 'rulez
boyz' about what a Ork grabba stikk does now? Ive searched for some
official word but I cant find anything

Originally it allowed a slaver to attack from 2" away which in 4th ed is
redundant. Its the sort of thing you would expect to see in the FAQ (ie
a meaningful look at the new rules and how they effect the wargear)
instead of re-hashing old 3rd edition questions.

Using the new tyranid leaping rules as a precedent our current "house
rule" is to say that the grabba stikk now works within 4" like leaping
Tyranids.

I've seen nothing either, it apears to be a pretty close combat weapon and
litle else.

Another option is an oponent loses an attack or two since he's caught in
the grabba stick
