For the $10 increase it will cost you, you're better off finding ram that operates at 1600 using only 1.5v.

You'd have no issue running 1.65v ram but it is a sign of lower quality ram. The psu is a 7 yr old design and am going to suggest you stay away from it. The mobo you chose is unreliable.

Doesn't a FX-6300 cost only $10 more than a FX-4300? I see no reason to buy a 4300
