$420 GTX 1080 legit?

I was just searching around for a new graphics card for my pc and I stumbled across this website that is selling a GTX 1080 for only $420. Does anyone have experience with this website or anything similar and do you thing it is a legitimate website or is this just a scam? I don't know how this can be true but I really want it to be. Thanks!

I bought from the website. Got a tracking number that has never updated beyond waiting for receipt by USPS. I wouldn't exactly say it's a scam, maybe a business that went down? I dunno. Don't order from them.

Looks quite dodgy even before Google finding mostly people not getting their products and receiving fake shipping tracking IDs.
