430W for rx570 + fx6100?

Is a 430W Power supply enough for my fx6100 (a bit overclocked) and a rx570

Yes it is enough for a limited time. But, it's not the best power supply, and I would recommend you plan to upgrade it.

Generally a decent 500w psu is recommended for a Rx570. For a better than decent, 430w will work, but you are still pushing it.

An Rx570 generally pulls @160w gaming, @200w max. That cpu can pull another 150w if oc'd. With a final @100w for the mobo, fans, drives etc you are topping out around 450w, but heavy gaming will be closer to @70% of that, or @320w. So that's gonna set your ranges, expect to run somewhere between @300w and 400w.

Within the acceptable range of that psu, but doesn't leave much margin for error or addition.
