I've got 440$ to spend on a new rig and I already have a HDD, a 5830 and a TX 750. Not looking to overclock or anything, but I was hoping that someone was willing to suggest a build within my price range. I also plan to be running a 1920x1080 resolution.

Thanks in advance.

he can afford 3470 build :)
this one comes with micro atx case and its size is lovable :D

If you absolutely need to be within $440, then my build here isn't quite up to the task, I'm sorry to say. You'd probably have to switch the i3-3220 out with a G860 instead (easiest method, I think), which would save you enough to get within budget again. I also didn't see if you needed an optical drive as well (it wasn't listed in your original post, but I'm guessing you can use the one in your current system for the new build). You could also switch the case out as well, or get a cheaper mobo if you wanted to.
