4460 - 970 Rig - Gaming?

MB: Asrock h97 Anniversary
Cpu: Intel i5-4460
PSU: Cooler Master 600w 80+
RAM: Ripjaws f3 2x4 GB
Case: Cooler Master Silencio 650 pure
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 970

This build is barely on budget. DVD,windows, HD will be used from my current pc.I want to use this only for max settings gaming. Do you think that its capable? Can you think of any cut that i can do?
Also do i need an aftermarket cooler for this? Thnx in advance

This will be plenty, especially if you overclock your 970, I have one and can run everything Ultra 60FPS (OC'd to 1596Mhz)
