[SOLVED] 45 °C Cpu Idle

I have just build my first pc everything works but my cpu has 45°C idle sometimes it just goes to 50-60 sometimes even 70.I am sure i have the right amout of thermal paste when i did the pc i had a friend who had experience.
My cpu fan is an Amd Wraith max.
My case doesnt have much airflow but with the front pannel off and the side pannel off it is the same.
Proccesor R5 3600

What temperature does it reach while at gaming or performing a stress test? If it sticks below 75, then it should he fine, or even if it hits 80 there isn't much to worry about.

I just did a stress test the temps were 74-77 i suppose thats ok

That is alright. There probably isn't much you can do to make things any cooler. If you don't have any case fans, then look into getting one or two of these. They don't need to be expensive ones, just to get rid of the warm air and keep the inside of the case nice and cool.
