45 idle, 60 full load (prime95)

Is 60c full load too much; should I look into better cooling, or will this be all right.

Currently using Asus P5W DH Deluxe, E6700 Conroe, Antec TruePower 650w, and Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro.

Should be fine, which program are you using to measure temps? CoreTemp will read the most accurately (and highest) but if you are using CT to get 60C on full load, it is perfectly OK.

I'm using Core Temp and running 2 torture tests from prime95 (1.4625v @ 3.3 ghz).

You didn't say if you were overclocking but on my system, which also has a P5W DH in a P180, the CPU is a 6400 overclocked to 3.2 Ghz, using an Arctic Cooling Pro 7 like you, and I get 58 degrees at full load (in Coretemp) and 40-41 at idle.

Temps look great for the clockspeed and voltage.

If you are comparing Coretemp temperatures to other users temps from other programs, you have to remember that Coretemp will read higher, since it is taking the temp from the hottest part of the CPU.

Is 1.4625 actual vcore or pre-droop/overvolt? I personally think you should have slightly lower temps. I run 3.6 GHz/403 FSB/1.58v idle/1.55v load on a 6600 and I get 43*C idle and 60*C load with a Tower-120 (and I feel like I can do better).
