Budget : 450 USD or 30k INR
Date of purchase : Late this month or 2016
Need monitor? : Yes ( LED 22" - 24" ) for 100-150$
Need OS? : No 😀 , i'll use Win 8, Upgrade to Win10 later.

I've decided on this configuration apart from bulky items like Cabinet and Monitor which will be bought only at local shops and brand/model will be chosen on subject of availability, still suggestions are welcome on these parts.

I'm very concerned about power supply, Please suggest me most reliable and cost effective unit as possible!

Coming to skylake, i'm yet to find single H110 motherboard for sale online in my country. Only i3 6100 + Gigabyte DDR3 mobo combo is available which is already exceeding my budget. Is Skylake worth it?

What if i replace i3 core processors with pentium, they're much cheaper , lack some instruction sets(idk about its benefit or lack of it) , no hyper threading , something else that i don't know about , is it worth saving few bucks by downgrading to pentium given my requirements?

Thanks!

There is always something new out tomorrow. how long before you can afford Skylake or when will it be available. The i4170 would be even better. If you are NEVER going to add a discrete VGA, then almost any PSU will do.

If you plan a future expansion, I'd go for this now. http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-s12ii-520-watts-psu/p/itmd5xz5hzvzt9cx?pid=PSUD5XZ4KFH65H9E&ref=L%3A5174638177540393721&srno=p_46&query=computer+components&otracker=from-search (probably cheaper elsewhere)

If this is all you ever plan then this http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-vs350-350-watt-psu/p/itmdg36x8dmx8bmr?pid=PSUDG347MVWGGKDS&ref=L%3A-8256904795253880264&srno=p_17&query=computer+components&otracker=from-search would do.
Thanks for reply! I'll go with i3 then!

Any idea, how big powersupply do i need ? Pcpartpickers mentioned my overall load as 133wattage but PSU i've chosen is 450W, Is that considered overkill ? I don't want GPU.

It has D-sub port, is that the one you're talking about?

A VGA is a separate part. What you have is an iGPU (Integrated Graphics Processor Unit) in your CPU. The iGPU will do what you say you want to do. If you decide on more demanding games or graphics processing, a VGA will be necessary.

Asus makes good, durable motherboards.

I got ya, I don't want VGA A.K.A GPU. Anything faster than Intel hd 3000 will do!

Hows my build now? Should i wait for skylake or go with haswell ?
Which seasonic model should i buy? There are couple of them!
