Hello, I'm want to transition from console to PC gaming. However, I don't know jack about building a gaming rig. Please help. I mainly play Cod. And would like a PC that could support future releases of Cod. I would prefer to have good graphics and good fps. I would also like some room for future component upgrades. I have a monitor, mouse and keyboard. I will need an OS (Windows 7 or 8). I would prefer to make all my purchases via Amazon.

I don't really want to skimp out on the graphics card. I want to be able to play Cod titles with ease on high settings. I can push the budget up a bit.

That's actually a very good graphics card for that price; The R7 260X usually costs around $120.

Yes, your current build is much better than what you can get if you buy a new PC for $500.

Well there's a slight problem here: Your power supply is not that great.

Yeah, the power supply may or may not fit and the same goes for the graphics card. You can just order them, and if they don't fit, get a new case like the Corsair 300R.
