450-500w psu for under $55

I'm on a slight budget and was wondering what the best priced psu is at this time. All I need is a psu that is above 450w and preferably tier 1-2 and maybe 3.

I find tiers unreliable as a good review of one model oft puts the entire line undeservedly in the same tier. But I have had very satisfactory experience with these ($53) and it gets a 9.7 jonnyguru rating:

I feel like a PSU Tier List War is going to break out. These last couple of days, the Tier list is getting both shunned and supported by various people in the community. Interesting...

I hadn't noticed but any informational tool can be useful as long as ya don't take anything as gospel and back check whether a designation is deserved for any particular model. If ya don't spend hours per week scouring forum traffic a tier list is a good tool to narrow down options... but where something gets placed may be somewhat subjective, but more often it's the result of a series getting put into a tier because of reviews of say a 750/850 model reviews, and then at another size range, sometimes even with a different OEM, the series designation still sits their despite another range being significantly better or worse than the ones responsible for its designation.
