i will probably not be building this computer as i am currently investing money into parts for another, better one, but i thought this might be interesting to see what people come up with.
the challenge is to build a PC (with the OS) for under $400-$450. you do not need to include a monitor, keyboard, or mouse with this, just the computer itself. just make it on like PCPartPicker or something like that.
this may be really hard, i dont know, but you can fill it with whatever junk parts you want, it just has to work.
