450 dollar pc build

hey i need a pc thats cappable of running modern games at 1080p at least medium to high i will also record gameplay on it i have windows 7 and a mouse and keyboard and im gonna use my tv as a montior so please reccommend me a build that will last fo ahwile

This is a little over, and wont do high settings. You can get away with a mix of medium high. Maybe high if you dial down AA and AF. $450 is hard to do when you need at least a $160-$200 GPU for the resolution and settings you want.

This is an okay machine but I would really try to scrape up $600 and you can do yourself much better.
