also mention if you need OS , Monitor etc.. too ?

BF4 with Medium graphics, no AA etc' = 25 ~ 45 fps

Thats because this specific GPU has 2Gb GDDR5 but with 256-bit ..

The only problem is the 4 gb 1333Mhz ram .. might slow everything a bit

though 7850 is much better card than 560ti but still..it should be able to. 560ti is a great budget and perfomance card for its price.
though much better cards introduced after this are facing trouble in reaching high fps at very high quality and high resolutions. but again MIX of medium to low settings and / or tweaking a bit more with settings you can attain stable good fps .

Yes, I will need OS and that's it other than the parts you already gave.

Here's The best it can be for the budget:

I am also willing to spend up too $530, if that would help

The difference in like 80$ .. Performance is like Double.

it's close to what Niko suggested but slightly different because I had to add an HDD + OS + additional 4Gb ram:

NOTES ::

1) The G Skill memory on the bottom list is on sale on NewEgg. Do yourself a favor and purchase it now. $50 for 8GB memory is CHEAP especially @ 1600 DDR3.

Link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314 (Buy quick. RAM will fit in any mobo. This will go out of stock soon)

2) If you're looking to game, get the 7850. I chose the MSI as it is the cheapest. You can optionally go for the 7770, but it'll only save you $20 or so.

3) The AsRock Extreme3 2.0 is on sale right now. Again, buy it. Quality Mobo for sale price. It has a 970 (970 or higher is fine) chipset, which is recommended for the AMD FX series.

4) Upgraded the case, but not 100% necessary. Though with AMD 6-core processor, and using the stock cooler, I suggest a case with good cooling. Rosewill cases are king at stock cooling. This case comes with many fans pre-installed.

5) The optical drive is cheap and on sale with free shipping. Buy this now too; as whatever build you choose, an optical drive will fit in any case.

Solution

Nice, thanks. One thing I would change is the PSU for a 500W for Crossfire (for later).
