450 PSU enough???

Hello guys,

Will the Corsair-vs450 (450w) support this configuration?

Ryzen 5 1500x (65w)
ASUS b350m-a motherboard
2x HDD
8 GB 3000mhz ddr4?
ZOTAC GTX 1060 3GB mini (120w)

Many websites say that this configuration requires 390w of total power?
So, can I live with this one for 2-3 years and then upgrade in future because I am on a tight budget.

Power efficiency might be a problem, but it will probably do fine. As long a you don't overclock that is. If I were you, I would go for a higher wattage just to be safe.
