450 watt help

So i want to change motherboard and cpu i would put an amd fx-8350 but im having a 450 watt psu will the 450 psu handle the 8350 without overclock ?

Couldn't tell you because there are 450w PSUs and then there are box shaped pieces of garbage with a wattage number printed on them.
Any half decent 450w unit will be plenty for the 8350, but we have no idea if it will be plenty for your GPU as well.

Also I would highly advise against the 8350 in general.
Back in 2012-2013 these where decent cpu's for people who needed core/thread count or where on a budget.
Fast forward to 2016 and these chips (still the same) are significantly less efficient then their intel counterparts, even with less cores/clock speed.
If you are paying money for new parts, I would not advise spending it on 4 year old technology.

I show the picture up well i had a 500 watt psu on my mid-end pc but malfunctioned by power loss everytime cause's to my system turning off things and turning on so i put this 450 psu from an very old system shown up in the picture and put it to my new one so i would like to know if this psu handle the 8350

Oh by the way my system
MOBO: asus h81m-c
HDD: 1tb seagate baracuda and another 183 gb toshiba
GPU: asus radeon r5 230 2gb silent edition
RAM: 2x2gb corsair vengeance total 4gb
CPU: intel celeron g1840 2.80 ghz
i want to change the mobo and cpu to go to amd fx-8350 and later i would change my gpu

Here in greece the hardware is too expensive thats why im asking if i can use that psu because for little extra save money so i would buy the coolermaster g750 this will cover me up also i won't go on intel i know the fx-8350 is old but it can handle the games to good in this generation.
