I have the following PC configuration:

(1) AMD FX 6100 CPU
(2) Gigabyte 78-LMT-USB3 motherboard
(3) Kingston 4 GB DDR3 RAM
(4) Frontech 450 Watt PSU with 1 extra system fan.
(5) Asus DVD Drive
(6) Seagate 1 TB Hard Disk
(7) Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse
(8) Lloyd 20 inch HD monitor (inbuilt speakers).

I don't have any Graphics Card. Still also, is the 450 Watt PSU enough? Also, if I buy a good Graphics Card later, would it still be enough? Please note that my PSU is almost 8-9 years old, and hasn't been damaged for once.

The motherboard has some basic integrated graphics, it will let you do basic things but as for gaming i doubt it would be able to play many.

If the PSU is that old i would look at buying a new one when you buy a graphics card, you might be able to get away with something like a GTX 1050 or something that doesn't require additional power.

Edit: The board has - Integrated ATI Radeon HD 3000 graphics (DirectX10)
There is very limited Windows 8/10 support for the HD 3000 series graphics cards.

No it will absolutely not be enough. Also I don't know if you are aware of this but without a graphics card you will have no video output whatsoever. That CPU has no on board graphics. If you want that you will have to pick something from the A series, not FX. For power supply (a very important component) don't go anywhere below 500W and please do not buy the cheapest one, look for at least 80+ bronze certified.
